Testimonials
An important part of my work is to regularly review how the client is experiencing both the therapy and our working relationship. This process takes place in the beginning, middle and at the end of our work. I also use this invaluable feedback to enhance my practice.

You have clarified and helped me understand what co-dependency is and I am now starting to see myself. I have learnt how my actions impacted on others and now feel able to show compassion. I feel valued and respected like an adult

I really can’t thank you enough, I am so much better and I have learnt so much more about life and myself. I actually love myself and never knew what that even means until I met you! You are special to me and the whole world!!

Steven is a good listener and I found it easy to confide in him. His questions really made me think. He was able to help me understand my relationship with my father and my son. At that time I was a single mother of a teenage son so this was very important to me. His advice helped me understand my son and I am sure contributed to him staying out of trouble. Steven was wise and insightful and got me through a difficult few years.

I found the sessions with Steven very helpful. He gave me ways to manage my aggression. But he also challenged my thought processes and behaviour.
